You have an idea for the Whatcom County Science and Engineering Fair.  Great!  Let’s figure out the best way for you to show your project.

Step 1: What type of experiment are you doing? Are you doing a:

 


Step 2: Does your project need pre-approval before you begin your experiment?

Some project areas require approval BEFORE experimentation begins.  For safety reasons, the WCSEF requires such pre-approval follow the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) rules: ISEF Rules and Guidelines

Because the Intel ISEF rules can be rather intimidating, we have prepared a summary of the key sections to help you get started:

If your project involves any of the above, you should investigate the fair’s SRC requirements BEFORE you begin experimentation or email us at sciencefair@sp-academy.org.
