9 – 10 a.m. | Check-in / Setup Projects
10 – 11:30 a.m. | Judging of Grade K-4 Projects
11:30 – 12:00 p.m. | Break for judges and transition for next group to move in
12:00 – 1:40 p.m. | Judging of Grades 5-8 Projects / Grade 9-12 Projects
1:45 – 2:45 p.m. | Public Viewing
2:45 – 3:30 pm. | Awards Ceremony
3:30 – 4:00 p.m. | Pick up Project to Take Home

 

Important Dates for the 2019 Fair:

Friday, February 22nd.Early Registration Deadline with $15 Fee by 4 p.m.  Lower School, Sue Ann or  Upper School, Dawn

Friday, March 1st Final Registration Deadline with $20 Fee by 4 p.m.  Lower School, Sue Ann or  Upper School, Dawn

Monday, March 4th LATE Registration Deadline with $30 Fee by 4 p.m.  Lower School, Sue Ann or  Upper School, Dawn

Friday, March 8th – Students Drop Off & Set up Projects at St. Paul’s Academy, Markell Hall, from 3 – 5 p.m.

Saturday, March 9th – Science Fair: Judging of projects, public viewing, and awards at St. Paul’s Academy. Food available for purchase from the concession stand.
